Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases and use of TattooPeek, a digital tattoo visualisation service. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service provider

2. The service

TattooPeek creates AI-assisted tattoo concepts and visual placement previews from the information and images you submit. Results are illustrative concepts only, not tattoo-ready technical instructions, medical advice or a guarantee of how a real tattoo will look.

3. Orders, price and payment

The TattooPeek AI Full Pack costs €14.99 as a one-time purchase. The price shown at checkout is the final price; VAT is not charged. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted after successful payment.

4. Digital performance and withdrawal

Before payment, you expressly request that production of the personalised digital content begins immediately and acknowledge that, once performance begins, you lose the statutory right to withdraw where applicable. This does not affect rights relating to defective or non-conforming content.

5. Delivery and revisions

The pack is delivered electronically to the email address supplied with the order. Delivery timing may depend on image quality, request complexity and processing availability. If input is unusable, we may ask for a replacement image. The included deliverables are those shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

6. Your content and permitted use

You confirm that you may lawfully upload the submitted images and that they do not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide, secure and support the service. You may use delivered concepts personally and share them with your tattoo artist. You may not resell TattooPeek outputs as a competing product.

7. Safety and acceptable requests

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, non-consensual or exploitative content, or intimate images of minors. We may reject or cancel prohibited requests and refund the payment where appropriate. Consult a qualified tattoo artist about placement, feasibility, skin conditions and safety.

8. Complaints and conformity

If delivered digital content is missing, corrupted or materially inconsistent with the purchased description, contact us promptly at tadej.rolih@icloud.com with the order email and issue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TattooPeek is not responsible for decisions made by a tattoo artist, differences between a preview and healed tattoo, or indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Law and contact

Slovenian law applies, without depriving consumers in the EEA of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Send questions or complaints to tadej.rolih@icloud.com.
